Through Reach Higher, the participating institutions understand that as an adult you are balancing family, work and financial obligations. We understand that life looks extremely different as an adult than it did when you were a senior in high school, and that is why Reach Higher was designed with flexibility in mind offering online and in-person classes. Reach Higher has specially trained navigators at each of our participating institutions to help assist you to navigate the process of re-enrolling while considering that you have many responsibilities outside of the classroom.
Gov. Kevin Stitt declared October 2020 as Reach Higher: RECONNECT Month across the state of Oklahoma. RECONNECT is a statewide event held at participating Oklahoma institutions and tribal colleges for Oklahomans who have successfully completed some college coursework, but have not yet finished their degree. RECONNECT activities offer specific office hours and events designed to give adults a unique opportunity to submit a college admission application, receive advisement and financial aid counseling, and enroll in college classes at various campuses across the state. Visit the RECONNECT website to find the participating campus near you.
Although the month is almost over, you can still RECONNECT all year long by browsing the Reach Higher website and completing a student interest form that will be sent directly to the Reach Higher navigator at the institution of your choice.
If you have been kicking around the idea of completing your degree, now is the time, now is YOUR time to finish what you started. Reach out today and let us help you RECONNECT.
