How It Works
Reach Higher's FlexFinish associate & bachelor's degree programs continue to offer flexible enrollment and online options for working adults who have earned some college credit. FlexFinish students may pursue an associate degree in enterprise development or bachelor's degree in organizational leadership at one of 21 participating colleges and universities in Oklahoma.

This program offers an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science in enterprise development (general studies or business administration).

It depends on your career goals and what college credit courses you’ve already taken. Your home institution adviser can help you learn about your options and choose which associate degree is right for you and help you develop a personalized schedule that will allow you to meet your goals.
You can choose your "home institution" from fourteen Oklahoma public community colleges and technical branches.
You can choose from on-campus and online options, and there are flexible enrollment periods year-round tailored to the needs of working adults.
The curriculum is approved by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Oklahoma public community colleges and technical branches are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
FlexFinish Bachelor's Degree
This program offers a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership.
The Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership will prepare you for success in corporate, industrial, government and nonprofit careers.
You can apply any time.
You can choose your "home institution" from seven participating Oklahoma public universities.
Classes are offered five times throughout the year.
Classes last eight weeks, and many are online.
Most Reach Higher: FlexFinish students are working adults.
The curriculum was created to meet the needs of today’s businesses. You will build your knowledge and skills in areas like organizational behavior, management, ethics, interpersonal skills, communication and finance.
