We will leverage multiple funding sources to cover education costs for your employees to pursue an associate or bachelor’s degree in areas critical to your business.
Business Partners
Business partners will provide $1,000 per semester for upfront tuition assistance or scholarships and flexible scheduling, and will work collaboratively with employees to select degree programs that meet your company’s workforce needs.
State Agencies
State agencies will provide state financial aid, SNAP, WIOA education and training funds, childcare assistance and other support to eligible participants.
State Colleges and Universities
State colleges and universities will devote emergency fund access, tuition waivers, book scholarships, and mentoring, coaching and tutoring services, as well as a Reach Higher: DirectComplete navigator to provide direct assistance to eligible students.
Our Target Audience
Students aged 25-49.
Income below $75,000.
Has completed at least 75% of coursework (45 credit hours) toward an associate degree.
Has completed at least 50% of coursework (60 credit hours) toward a baccalaureate degree.
Has a 2.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) in all previous college coursework with all remedial work completed.
Enroll in a minimum of six credit hours each semester in courses that meet degree requirements and complete the degree within two to three years.
