The goal of RECONNECT is to increase awareness of the adult-friendly degree completion options available through the Reach Higher initiative, and encourage adults who have earned some college credit to successfully complete their degrees. The Reach Higher initiative offers adult learners a flexible schedule, allowing them to maintain a normal work routine while completing their degrees online or in person.

The Reach Higher initiative provides two distinct degree completion pathways for adult learners. Reach Higher: FlexFinish offers flexible enrollment and online options to working adults who wish to pursue an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree in Enterprise Development or a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Reach Higher: DirectComplete offers adult students the opportunity to complete a degree program connected with workforce development needs which align with Oklahoma’s 100 Critical Occupations list. For more information, visit the Reach Higher website here.
